Application engineering note

Illustration of a portable axial ventilator type; approvals depend on the specified version.

The LONGWELL LWT35-4.5-002 drawing describes an AC axial fan in a cylindrical housing. Its electrical requirements and flanged mounting geometry should be checked together when specifying an industrial ventilation assembly.

What the drawing specifies

Parameter Drawing value
Supply 380 VAC, 50 Hz
Speed 1450 rpm
Input power 550 W
Airflow 10,400 m³/h
Static pressure 217 Pa

The sheet lists these airflow and pressure figures without a full performance curve. Request the operating-point information needed to check the fan against the actual duct, grille and equipment resistance.

Mechanical integration

The housing drawing shows a 340 mm axial length, a 520 mm outside flange diameter and six 10 mm mounting holes. Check the flange and hole arrangement against the mating structure, including intake clearance, outlet transitions and service access.

Use the electrical supply printed on the selected drawing when preparing the installation specification. A different voltage or frequency requires its own confirmed motor and performance data. For a comparison between LWT35 sizes, obtain each model’s drawing rather than transferring one model’s dimensions or ratings to another.

A complete enquiry should identify the required airflow and pressure at the same operating condition, along with installation orientation and the expected air temperature.

Discuss your fan requirement

Send LONGWELL your airflow and pressure duty point, power supply, available installation space, control requirements, operating environment and drawings. Contact our engineering team to discuss a suitable configuration.

Choose the right axial fan

Longwell manufactures 1,048 axial fans in-house. Send airflow, static pressure and voltage — an engineer replies with a matching model, performance curve and price within one working day.
