Customer-side evidence

What our fans look like once they leave the factory

Everything on this page came out of our own project correspondence — photographs customers took themselves and sent back to us. None of it is staged, and none of it was shot by us. We publish it because a photograph of a crate in someone else’s van says something a studio shot cannot.

L1DeliveredOur shipping marks at the customer5
L2UnboxedThe product itself, out of the crate7
L3Being fittedThe customer working on the installation1
L4InstalledOur fan mounted in the customer’s equipment1
L5Running on siteThe machine operating in the field

We grade what we have honestly. L5 — a machine running on site — is the one level we cannot yet show, so the scale above stops at L4.

Customer names, brands, addresses, delivery notes and prices are removed, faces are pixelated, and location metadata is stripped from every file before upload. Where a photograph could only be cleaned by destroying it, we left it out. Countries are given only where they add engineering context.
