On June 29, 2026, a customer asked LONGWELL to evaluate a compact DC cross flow fan with an overall length of around 250 mm and a target airflow of 300 m³/h. The starting point was the 90×180 impeller format, with a larger diameter open for consideration if required.

Turn the request into a dimensional specification

The engineering team prepared the LWCD-90180MN-06-00 drawing, which completed technical review on July 3. The output defines a 90 mm diameter impeller with a 180 mm active length, housed in an assembly with a 254 ± 3 mm overall length.

Drawing values and control connections

Parameter Drawing specification
Supply 24 VDC
Speed 1800 ± 10% r/min
Air volume 350 ± 10% m³/h
Speed command 0–10 V / PWM
Feedback FG output

The stated overall length gives the customer a defined envelope to compare against the installation space. The air-volume entry is a drawing specification without an accompanying pressure condition, so it does not establish the airflow available through the customer’s equipment.

The documented result is the fan drawing and specification package. Physical fit and airflow at the required system resistance are the next checks for the intended assembly.
