Application engineering note
The LONGWELL LWAE3G800TS-4PKW-04 is an EC axial fan configuration that can be assessed against a heat pump’s airflow, power and mounting requirements. The model’s A0 specification provides the electrical ratings and control details needed for that review.

Maximum airflow and maximum pressure are separate points on the performance characteristic. Select against the heat exchanger and enclosure resistance at the airflow required by the heat pump design.
Controls and installation
The wiring diagram identifies a three-phase mains connection. The control specification provides a 0–10 VDC input and notes that an external RS485 control box can be connected. Confirm the proposed interface and controller arrangement for the selected configuration.
Review the fan position relative to the heat exchanger, guard, inlet opening and discharge space. Include service access and cable routing in the equipment layout. The finished unit’s thermal, airflow and acoustic requirements should then be checked in its intended operating modes.
