Yuyao, Ningbo, 6 September 2026. LONGWELL’s forward-curved centrifugal blowers LWFA2E120-092SS-07 (230 V, 50 Hz) and LWFA2E120-092SU-08 (115 V, 60 Hz) have passed a UL Solutions safety evaluation to AAMI ES60601-1 and CAN/CSA-C22.2 No. 60601-1, the medical electrical equipment standards for the United States and Canada. The evaluation is filed under UL file E552586 (report E552586-D1000-1/A0/C0-UL, issued 12 February 2026, UL International Demko A/S).
The blowers are certified as UL components (CCN MDAF33 / MDAF39) for use inside a UL-certified medical device, with production kept under UL Type R follow-up inspection. The fan itself does not carry a UL mark; the file supports the end product’s own 60601-1 certification. Both models are Ø120 mm AC single-inlet forward-curved blowers, 2,200 rpm, Class F insulation, galvanised steel housing; catalogue versions of the LWFA2E120 series are listed in the Fan Selector, the UL-evaluated variants are supplied for medical and laboratory equipment programmes on request.
