Model Overview (Select Series): LWCE-80 Series: Compact solution (350-820mm), max airflow 1,200 m³/h. LWCE-90 Series: Balanced performance (360-930mm), max airflow 1,911 m³/h. LWCE-100 Series: High-output standard (380-820mm), max airflow 2,290 m³/h. LWCE-150 Series: Heavy-duty design (380-1200mm), available in Single and Double Blower configurations.

The cross-flow fan consists of a left and right side panel forming the housing. A bearing and mounting holes provide support and installation. The impeller (fan wheel) is made of aluminum alloy for lightweight strength. A motor drives the impeller. The assembly is designed for OEM/ODM customization and complies with multiple standards including ISO, BSCI, UL, CE, EMC, RoHS, SGS, and FAL.

What is the difference between “Single” and “Double” blower models in the LWCE-150 Series?
This designation refers to the motor drive configuration, which is essential for performance stability: Single Blower: Standard single-motor drive. Recommended for lengths up to 700mm. Double Blower: Dual-Motor Synchronous Drive. This is required for longer models (e.g., 1000mm, 1200mm). It ensures balanced torque distribution, eliminates shaft wobble, and maintains quiet operation across the entire wheel width.

The datasheet shows 230V. Can you supply 115V or other voltages for the North American market?
Yes, we can support voltage customization for bulk orders. While our standard catalog lists 230V 50/60Hz, we understand the requirements for 115V or other specific voltages.
