Explosion-Proof Oscillation Protection
Unlike a fixed-direction industrial fan, the EX-FS / EX-WFS combines an ATEX-certified flameproof enclosure with an integrated automatic oscillation mechanism in a single integrated unit. The swing motor, gear train, and end-stop switches are all housed inside the explosion-proof junction — meaning even when the head is sweeping left and right, the moving parts remain inside the protected enclosure.
This 2-in-1 integration eliminates the need for an external swing controller and removes the wiring penetrations that typically compromise hazardous-location certification. The result: one compact, fully certified unit that delivers wide-area airflow without sacrificing Zone 1 / Zone 2 safety.

Every EX-FS / EX-WFS unit is built around an industrial-grade electric motor, a high-strength welded steel safety cage, and a reinforced pedestal or wall bracket engineered for continuous operation. Cable glands are explosion-proof rated and the Ex control box is positioned away from the airflow path for easier wiring access during installation.
