The RLM series, a range of backward curved plenum fans from Longwell, is designed for efficient air handling applications. These fans are certified by AMCA for Air, Sound, and Fan Efficiency Grade (FEG), ensuring top-notch performance and reliability.

Air Flow Ranges: Up to 6000m³/h (or Customized)

Space-Saving and Versatile Design

lenum fans are uniquely designed to operate without a traditional housing, functioning within a plenum chamber. This innovative design saves the space typically occupied by the fan housing, transitions, and diffusers. The fan wheel pressurizes the entire plenum, allowing air ducts to connect directly from any direction. The compact size of the plenum fan makes it an excellent choice for retrofit and replacement applications, as well as for variable air volume systems.

Operating Limits and Configurations

The operating limits of the RLM series adhere to the Class 1, II, and III standards as defined in AMCA standard 99-16. These fans are available in both Direct Driven and Belt Driven configurations, offering flexibility to suit different system requirements.

Mounting Units

Impeller, inlet cone and Motor are fit together with mounting units which is made of Galvanized Metal Plate.

Impellers:

These Impellers are made of Aluminium with backward blade, according aerodynamics designthe impeller have high efficiency and low power. Maximum tip speed of the impeller is 70m/s. Outstanding characteristic is with stable performanceand low noise, and the impeller is balanced according toG2.5 to DIN ISO 1940/1. Inside of impeller, the GG-hub is fixed with locked bush.The blade is made of stainless steel or steel.
