This can be supported and enhanced through rules and training tailored to specific regions or countries. Our managers hold a special responsibility in this regard. They must lead by example by adhering to the rules and values outlined in LONGWELL’s code of conduct. They serve as the primary point of contact for employees seeking guidance on appropriate behavior and are accountable for ensuring compliance with the code.
For any questions regarding conduct, the relevant line manager, the site managing director, or the commercial group management will provide case-by-case guidance.
All LONGWELL employees are required to follow our code of conduct.
Violations will not be tolerated and may result in termination or legal action.

The web-based and certified whistleblower system, BKMS® Incident Reporting, is accessible to all employees and business partners of LONGWELL, as well as any individuals, 24/7, regardless of location. This system allows for the reporting of compliance violations concerning legal requirements and internal organizational rules.
Reports can be submitted anonymously or with contact information. While we encourage open communication and welcome you to provide your name when making a report, we assure you that all information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, taking into account the legitimate interests of all parties involved.
